BOFS is a functionality available on Heaven for Client Advisors to conclude sales with clients present in-store using eCommerce stocks. Only available in selected stores.

Why For a product not available in-store and available on fendi.com, like out-of-stock items (colour, size ...), items distributed to selected doors only, or items available exclusively online If a client doesn’t want the last one in the store (a display item or one slightly damaged) To place pre-orders for collections pre-launched on Fendi.com When clients want the product delivered to their door For gifts to be delivered to the receiver’s address How to Employees are prohibited from transacting for themselves. Employees must not complete a client's order with their own personal information. This includes an employees name, email address, home address, telephone number or credit cards

A Buy Online from Store button appears automatically in any Product Detail Page when an SKU is not available in your store but available on fendi.com
From Heaven’s main menu > CLIENT SERVICES > Buy Online from Store/Home Commissions BOFS sales generate commissions for store teams. Commission schemes are defined at market level. Refer to the Store/Retail Manager. BOFS transactions contribute to store target achievement. The daily Store Performance report displays the overall performance plus the share for BOFS.
